 A. This is because your do not have the required java add in installed You can obtain this here

 A. The error page only occurs if you have not entered information into the required form. You need to enter a response to all questions.

 A. You must make sure your web browser supports HTML 5. The latest versions of Google Chrome support this. However Internet Explorer 9 currently does not support HTML5.
